This is just a very basic draft for now. I wanted to lay the ground-work while I've got the idea and work on polishing it later.Background
The Bulrathi are a classic Master of Orion race of powerfully built aliens that come from a planet with much higher gravity than earth leading to their better than average toughness and superior ground combat ability. Their home world is in the Ursa star system and they seem to be loosely themed around the bears of their name-sake.

Transport Ships: You recieve reinforcements for opposing Ships you destroy. After drawing Reputation Tiles, you may flip one of your used Colony Ships less than the number of tiles you drew.
Your Colony Ships also double as an invasion force. When attacking population, you may flip any unused Colony Ships to destroy one population cube of your choosing per Colony Ship. This can be done after all dice are rolled

Dreadnought - Ursus Class

Commentary: I believe if I'm correct about when you can use colony ships the most benefit you can get is three under ideal circumstances. That's probably fairly powerful, but it's also very situational. You're not likely to be drawing 4 reputation too early, and you would already need to have used your colony ships this turn... so I'm hoping it balances out better than having to give them a 4 to 1 trade rate. I wanted to have a race that "specialized" in ground combat, and this seemed like one of the few ways I could do that.
