It's incredibly nasty if someone gets it early. My last game had Orion grab it on his first turn, first explore action :shake:He put it on his cruisers and went on to steamroll all the ancients around him.
I'm not going to say it's overpowered, but it's the discovery I am going to always want in early/mid game.
