So I'd like to revisit Fleuri's concern. After learning about the resolution to that situation, I've immediately thought the same thing - that it would encourage a "hostage" scenario. Was it intended? Once you form an Alliance, this behavior limits your options significantly and encourages "alliance vs alliance" struggle till the end, without the opportunity to change the game.Can someone elaborate on all the risks and gains in here?
