I have a few questions to help clarify joining and leaving alliances.

First let's assume a 7 player game:

Players A and B form the Nova Alliance.
Players C and D form the Vortex Alliance.
Players E and F form the Flare Alliance.
Player G is not allied with anyone.

Then player B decides to leave the Nova Alliance.

1) Would player B be allowed to join C and D in the Vortex Alliance?

2) Would player A, the only remaining member of the Nova Alliance, be allowed to invite Player G to join the Nova Alliance?

3) If so, would player B, the other founding member of the Nova Alliance, be allowed veto player G from joining?

4) Alternatively, would player A, as the only member of the Nova Alliance, be allowed to leave the alliance (flip the marker to the betrayer side) to join players E and F in the Flare Alliance?
