After thinking about my own scenario a bit I've come up with another interesting question.Again, let's assume a 6 player game. This time it's a different game than the one above, although it start's the same way again:
Turn 2 Players A and B found the Nova Alliance
Turn 3 Player B leaves the Nova Alliance
Now what happens if player C then wants to join Player A in the Nova Alliance? The rules say:
In a game of six or more players, a third player may
join the Alliance if he has Diplomatic Relations with either
of the two Allies and if both founders agree.
At this point player B is no longer an active member of the alliance. However, would player B still be considered a founder of the Nova Alliance, and thus have the ability to veto player C's attempt to join?
The rules don't make it clear if one, or both, of the founders need to still be in an Alliance to approve a third player joining.
