I have figured out the following assumptions.

Assume:

1) Ancient dreadnoughts are roughly value of 17. Ancient cruisers are roughly of value 12. Ancient interceptors are value of 7. These values are a SUM of all its hulls, computers, shields, initiative, cannons, missiles and extra features.
2) Every hull, computer +1 and shield -1 are worth 1.
3) Every initiative point is worth 1/2.
4) Cannons are worth: ion 2, plasma 3,75 and antimatter 5.
5) Missiles are modified by 0.6 compared to cannons: ion 1.2, plasma 2.25 and antimatter 3.
6) regeneration is worth 1, point defence is worth 1, distortion shield is worth 1.25.

Examples:
Ancient interceptor two ion cannons, hull, computer, two initiative: 2x2+1+1+1 = 7.
1st ancient cruiser: three ion cannons, two hull, two computers, four initiative: 3x2+2+2+2 = 12.
5th ancient cruiser: two plasma missiles, two ion cannons, hull, two computers, initiative: 2x2,25+2x2+1+2+1/2 = 12
7th ancient cruiser: plasma cannon, antimatter missile, hull, two computers, two initiative, distortion shield: 3.75+3+1+2+1+1.25 = 12.
1st ancient dreadnought: four ion missiles, antimatter cannon, three hull, two computers, four initiative: 4x1.2+5+3+2+2 = 16.8.
2nd ancient dreadnought: two plasma cannons, five hull, two computers, three initiative, regeneration: 2x3.75+5+2+1.5+1 = 17.
