I had a similar experience - two of my blue population cubes went missing. I sent an email to Asmodee asking how I might go about getting replacements. I was even willing to pay a small amount to cover postage and all (I hate missing pieces). About a week later, two blue cubes were in my mailbox, free of charge!It's nice to know they value their customers' experience. It's a small gesture, sure, but one I know not all companies would make.
