Personally I would not use everything, tempting though it might be:1) Yes to new Discovery Tiles, Aliens, Warp Portals (and misc. new hexes)
1a) Yes to Direction of Play variant
2) Maybe to Developments
3) No to Alliances
4) No to different galactic center, Ancient Hives, and Ancient Homeworlds
