Look at that, Purple Paladin up on his high horse again. Could I please have a nickel every time PP pipes up and adds nothing useful to the conversation?
In my experience, Rho Indi are pretty good. They need to be played aggressively. 4 moves are huge, and the ship cost is greatly mitigated by great trade ratios. They can get a nice science rush going as well. They are underrated.
Now Exiles, they suck. The strategy suggested with them is to get diplomacy going as fast as you can. Hilarious. Why would anybody ever make agreements with them if that is the only way they can win?
