I hope they are viable, I hate it when a race is flat out weaker.My assumption would be that they need to be played like "exiles"; they don't hold onto territory so much, but wander around using cloaking device to sneak in and take other people's stuff. If you can sit and build orbitals that's great, but it doesn't sound like that's a winning proposition.
