While that would certainly be awesome, we are already getting an unreleased rare tech tile in addition to the fixes. It seems this will be unavailable to everyone else who didn't preorder until some future expansion.

Partly as a compensation for not reprinting the colony ships, and
partly to ensure this first print sells well, there will be an additional
rare tech on the fix sheet. This part will not be available in the reprints of RotA (if we ever get there). However, this technology may be a part of some future expansions that we hope to seen in the future.
