I'd say the cruiser looks bigger than the starbase, which in turn looks bigger than the interceptor.

Since ancients seem to know the amount of hull plugged into each ship, "largest ship" could also mean the ship with the most hull points. Guess we'll never know what those ancients _really_ think.
